Removal
Management

For outgoing staff, Key Relocations obtains
quotes and organises the removal/storage/delivery
of furniture, both nationally or to a foreign
destination.
For incoming staff, we can help organise,
expedite and co-ordinate the removal with the other
aspects of the relocation.

Departure
Management
|
|
|
Key Relocations deals with most matters related
to the termination of the tenancy, including:
- termination of utilities and forwarding
final accounts;
- representing the employee at the inventory
check-out;
- negotiating the return of the dilapidations
deposit;
- arranging for mail to be forwarded for an
agreed period.

Pet
boarding and transportation
management

Key Relocations organises pet boarding and
transportation abroad, using reputable
kennels/catteries and carriers. The needs and
transportation requirements for other types of
animals can also be addressed.

Cultural Training

Key Relocations can provide cross cultural
assistance either prior to departure or after
arrival abroad. This is an increasingly important
factor in the success of international
appointments, and a tailored approach can be
designed to address a wide range of related issue
including: the setting of realistic expectations,
mental and emotional readiness, skills for
effectiveness in the host country, practical daily
living and working realities, and personal planning
to cover the pre-departure and critical "first two
months" periods.

Key Relocations can provide comprehensive
support for the Human Resources Department to
complement its relocation activities. This
service:
- frees the corporate client's H R department
of the complex task of organising the homesearch
process for any number of employees
- co-ordinates the various service providers
involved, including any internal
departments
- ensures continuous liaison with the
employee's family and the HR
department
- provides regular written progress reports
for all ongoing projects
- gives formal feedback on the quality of our
service using relocatee satisfaction
questionnaires at the conclusion of each
project
- includes regular meetings with HR to review
and, if required, adjust our
services.
Our objective is to work in partnership with HR,
carrying out as much or as little as is most
effective for the Department. This support can also
include, at the client's request, complete tenancy
management, as outlined in the following
section.

Key Relocations manages the portfolio of
employee rented properties for the HR department
and relieves it and the employee of the ongoing
tasks associated with dealing with matters related
to the tenancy.
This service includes:
- carrying out administrative tasks such as
the payment of utilities (gas, electricity,
telephone) and council tax on the tenant's
behalf from a client specific
account;
- tracking and negotiating the renewal of
expiring tenancies;
- acting as liaison between the tenant and the
landlord or property manager, helping to
expedite the resolution of most problems related
to the tenancy;
- acting as the single point of contact for
theses issues
- providing regular reports to HR, allowing
the department to track the disbursements,
activity and events concerning each tenancy, as
well as the entire portfolio of
properties.
