Private & Corporate Clients - Tailored Fees
	Private Clients - Success based fees To accept instructions for either rentals or purchases, we charge a standard Retainer Fee. A Success Fee will be charged subsequently, based on either a selection of standard fixed-price packages, or on tailored services using daily rates. No Success Fee is payable should we be unable to find you a home within the two month period following the initial homesearch tour. We will provide you with a detailed and tailored response to your enquiry, including an estimate of fees based on your requirements:

These can be tailored or combined to suit your firm's precise requirements and policies; most agreements can reflect meaningful discounts based on total actual fees. In addition to the core relocation services provided, using Key Relocations will help to reduce the expatriate-related administrative burden on your HR Department.
